Meet Our Therapists

Gabrielle Harman, LCSW

I am a relational therapist who believes the path to healing is best done in partnership. My therapeutic style is based in understanding and compassion; I will meet you where you are so we can work towards where you want to be. It is my goal to offer you a space in sessions where you can feel heard, understood, and connected. Together we will work to identify and overcome unhelpful patterns that have been built to protect and navigate difficult situations. In this therapeutic space, these unhelpful patterns can be transformed into confident behaviors.

I have extensive experience in helping people heal from trauma and anxiety. I have found that a psychodynamic approach combined with body awareness to integrate mind, body and emotions, is one of the most effective paths towards healing. I also utilize IFS therapy and art therapy as ways of connecting to deeper parts of yourself.

I enjoy being in nature whenever I can. I love to fill my house with every plant I can find. I’m excited to consult to see if I can be a good fit to support you.

Samantha Eldredge, LCSW

My therapeutic style is direct and compassionate. I’m here to help you identify the patterns and behaviors that are no longer serving you and help you make changes when you are ready. You have the answers that you need in you, and through a strong therapeutic relationship, we will work together to uncover your strengths and goals. I am trained in Attachment-Based Family Therapy (level II working toward certification), Relational Trauma Repair and EMDR.

My specialty is family therapy. I love helping families reconnect, listen to each other, and learn to find comfort and trust in their family system again. I primarily utilize an Attachment-Based Family Therapy model but I can incorporate many other modalities into family sessions to fit the needs and personality of your family.

I also do individual work with teens, young adults and caregivers. Whether you want to try traditional talk therapy or explore the healing benefits of EMDR, individual work can be very powerful.

Please reach out for a consult to see if I could be a good fit for you, your teen or your family!
